My druid character received acid arrow as a level/land domain perk (swamp). The spells listed include both Acid arrow and Melf's acid arrow. I don't seem to be able to remove Melfs arrow listed? Is there a fix for this?
At a point in the future, there may be work undertaken (possibly as part of the source management update) that will mean you don't see duplicates, but that's not guaranteed.
Technically, they are different spells from different sourcebooks.

There isn't a fix for this. There doesn't really need to be since it is only a minor display annoyance and not a mechanical issue.
Do you work for DNDB or just giving your opinion?
I don't work for WotC or Curse. I was stating the factually correct answer to your questions as well as my opinion on them. To break it down:
Fact: there is not a fix. Opinion: there doesn't need to be. Fact: not a mechanical bug.
