So I have a dual class Fighter / Rouge at 3/3, just raised it to 4/3 and have the option to either choose 2 * stat increases or a feat. When I select the feat the choose feat dropdown appears but it only conatins a single entry saying choose feat?
I have tried increasing both fighter & rouge and in btoh cases it only shows a duff single entry list for feats.
Just did a test and it must relate to the attributes allocated, manually increased strength and its given me a feat. Strange I thought there were more avaliable for a level 4 fighter but must not be.
To more fully explain the correct information provided by DxJxC:
The only feat provided by the Basic Rules/SRD offered for free by Wizards of the Coast is Grappler -- which, as you discovered, has a strength requirement. The other feats are only available in the Player's Handbook.
If you'd like to use other feats you have a few options:
1) You can purchase the Player's Handbook from the Marketplace, unlocking all options from the PHB in one fell swoop.
2) You can scroll down on the PHB page in the marketplace to the additional purchase options and buy just the feat you want, or the feats bundle.
3) You can homebrew the feat yourself, using your physical copy of the PHB as a guide.

Have you bought the phb on DDB? Are you in a campaign with content sharing enabled?
There are only 2 (3 including CR) free feats and both of them have requirements (like have 13 STR or be a deep gnome).

The rest are in the PHB (racial feats are in XGtE) and require purchase.

I hope that helps!
This seems to be a great place to list all the PHB feats with text that says something to the effect
The following feats become available with the purchase of the PHB from the marketplace with appropriate links.
The same can be done for the racial feats in XGtE.
