I purchased three items, and renewed my subscription at 6:45am CST. Almost three hours later it they still show in my cart and my subscription is not active.
Normally it's instant, possibly a few minutes at most.
The forum moderation team are unable to assist with billing or purchases enquiries, please head over to the D&D Beyond support site. The support team will be able to assist you with this matter.
After checking the support site, which was a complete waste of time and isn't worth anything, I found my issue.
Google autofill, for address information, was skipping the state selection. So it wasn't processing the transaction. After I entered the state and did it over, it went trough fine.

If they are still showing in your cart then I would think they haven’t been paid for yet. The cart isn’t a holding area while things process.
