I Have a little question, the Rules state: Two different ability scores of your choice increase by 1. but i can Increase my Int/Wis/Char/every score 2 times.
When I try the same with the Human Variant or Half-Elf i can't Increase my Int 2 times.
If in doubt, stick with the wording of the rules, over what the character builder allows you to do. :)
In this case, as the Warforged are currently Unearthed Arcana playtest and haven't been finalised, the team haven't written custom code for them (their stats may change when they are made final).
As an interesting note, the way that ability score increase works for Human variant / half-elf were coded as exceptions. As I understand it, there will be a revamp of the character builder and the homebrew tools that should make a lot of this simpler.
