So I bought the Tactical Maps with several other books I pre-ordered. I was excited as I love maps, and 20 maps, I was stoked. What I got where absolutely worthless. They were amateurishly done, with little to no redeemable value. And I usually can find some use for most things. I was expecting intricate layouts or artistically done so they'd be nice to look at. None of these 20 maps where any of that. I feel cheated especially for the price I paid. So How do I ask for a refund, as I couldn't locate anything on here to send a private comment or ask for help. I don't want my money back just a credit.. Not every product can be for me, and I buy them anyway, becuase I usually find a use beyond the intended, but these were just poorly done.

I tried using the link you posted but couldn't find where I would ask about a credit or comment on the product or anything
On that link click the "Submit a request" on the top right. Basically makes a support ticket.
