only specific domain spells are "Always Prepared" for a cleric.
Any homebrew spell you've created will be added to the available spells for your cleric, as long as they are sufficient level, but you'll need to decide to prepare it as normal.
You can create your own domain (subclass) if you wish for a homebrew character to have different domain spells.
You've set the spells as ritual spells, which means they can be cast without a spell slot being used, but must still be prepared:
You can cast a cleric spell as a ritual if that spell has the ritual tag and you have the spell prepared.

The above spells have other issues as well, with at least one of them showing up twice on your spell list when you add it to collection.
I even tried to create some new private ones that simple copied Identify but on my Forge Cleric where it should be 'always prepared' it is not.

Version 1 of Vahalla Workshop does mark it as Always Prepared though.

At least it was when I created it.
