The title says it all. When I try to use dancing lights to display a tooltip for the dancing lights spell it simply doesn't work. The specific location where I encountered this bug was in magic item creation, so I'm not sure if its a cross-site bug or if it only affects custom magic items.
Tooltips work everywhere except in character sheet side bars (there were a number of bugs there). Are you refering to the character sheet side bar, or does the tooltip also not work in the item's description page?
as DxJxC says, please can you let us know exactly where you are expecting to see the tooltip and it isn't working for you? A screenshot would be especially useful please!
