Hello again. 

So when I switched from closed to open, it automatically flagged it as spam again. Help!

And once again, when I switch it back to closed, it flags it as spam again. What is going on???

I've fixed it for now, and am passing along the recurring issue. Hopefully we can determine what is causing this.
