Hello,

I'm a College of Lore bard, and for my Magic Initiate spells, I took Find Familiar. However I don't have a Creatures tab to track my familiar. Is this a thing?

It is called the extras tab now. There is a section specifically for familiars there.

I'm surprised you didn't at least check every tab.
