Problem is that i can't seem to purchase the "Players Handbook" through the store, the browser just gives me an error message saying that "There was an error completing the transaction." I've tried completing the transaction with or without Paypal, and tried using Chrome and Firefox, but error still pops up. I live in Denmark/Europe, and i'm positive that my billing information are correct and my credit card works, so i'm rather confused, help would be appreciated. :s
I just had a similar incident, both my google play and email says I purchased it and yet I can't download or view it. Even after restarting the app and logging in and out.
Just got to read my answer from support, it seems there were some problem from my banks side, before i could proceed with the transaction, and it seems it resolved itself since my transaction went through smoothly today.
I hope your problem resolved itself as well CastorSil, and if not try to contact your bank to see if the problem is with them i guess.
