It's my understanding that in AI source material Mithral +1 armors are available, but on the character sheets, I can only find Mithral +1 Half Plate listed?
I can't even find where +1 mithral halfplate is mentioned in AI.

As standard, the mithral armor magic item is effectively +0

There it is. Chapter 4, episode 5. It is just listed as a normal loot item. The book does not mention other +1 mithral armors.
