This same thing occurrs for me -- note that unlike this thread that my item is not published and I cannot remove the item from the collection. I was able to delete the item from my Homebrew Creations, but it is still in my HomeBrew collection
I was in the Homebrew Collection page and an item I deleted was still in my collection. I clicked Remove from Collection and got the following error:
