Hello Jaydor! I would recommend linking to your unpublished homebrew for myself or another forum moderator to take a look. Along with your link please be specific as to what you're trying to have your homebrew race accomplish that isn't working for you.
This is your issue - you're adding huge bonuses to all ability checks here.
The first modifier is "Add a bonus to ALL ability checks equal to your DEX bonus +1" followed by "Add a bonus to ALL ability checks equal to your WIS bonus +1"
In all, you're adding up all of your stat bonuses and an additional +6 and adding them to all ability checks.
If you want to add a +1 bonus to DEX ability scores, you need to do it as follows:
