So I tried to make a magical weapon to fit to a homebrew subclass, but when I try to open the description on my character I get the following error code, so now I can't even delete it.
4913467a83f746d9bdf036709feb92e1 is the error code.
Post a link to the homebrew (it doesn't have to be published) for a mod to check it. There are a couple of modifiers that if not given right values cause a crash.
I've edited it for you, so that it won't cause an error.
The Damage Modifier is used to add extra damage to a weapon, in the way that a flametongue sword adds extra fire damage. Unfortunately, as the modifier form uses a standard set of fields, it looks like you can set an ability score, but this isn't a valid choice. It looks like you were trying to get the crossbow to do "extra necrotic damage equal to the wielder's wisdom bonus" - sadly I don't think there is a way to do that currently.
Your description stated, "This magic weapon is formed from your magical powers over the afterlife, it does not require ammunition nor reloading to fire." so I went ahead and also added the modifier Ignore Weapon property - Loading for you.
If you're looking to make the entire damage from the crossbow be necrotic, then you should use the Replace Damage Type modifier.

Not sure if it's the correct link
So seems to be fixed on the item itself, but clicking it when I try to add it to a character still causes it.
Hello, could you please post the link to the character in question as well?
Thank you!
https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/MoXfy/characters/18941433 I assume it's the sheet and not under edit you need to see?

D&D Beyond FoundersThe problem is the modifier you've added.

Okay I see. Thank you very much for it :D
And this means there's no way for me to make it function similar to how the hexblade weapon works with making CHA the ability used for the weapon?
