In the character builder the Grappler feat isn't available anymore. Tried it at 1st lvl with human varient, where list is jumbled a bit, then later levels where list is alphabetical. Grappler is gone from site
I'm sorry, just realized that because i was trying my first variant human i was choosing Lvl. 1 racial-benefit feat before setting ability scores, so the char didn't have prerequisite strength yet.

Grappler isn't gone from the site. It is not part of the Basic Rules anymore, so it is not free.
Paid all the money, the feats should all be there
Post here the builder page address of the character so we can give a look.
