The character builder seems to have proper support for how many infusions an artificer has at each level, but it doesn't properly limit the number of infused items you're allowed to have at any given time.
For example, I built this character, a 6th level Artillerist, who gets six infusions known. However, I was able to infuse six separate items simultaneously (one for each infusion), while the artificer class table says that I should only be able to infuse 3 items at a time.
