I own the Wayfinders guide to Eberron, and have the alchemist subclass for the artificer, but I can't find the Artificer class in the character builder. Am I supposed to find it or am I just confused?

I've seen a few people report this. It may be a bug (I bought ERftLW and cant recreate it). Try linking your character here for a mod to check.
I didn't see that option anywhere. It should be next to the other settings, like Rick and Morty content right?

Yep - it should appear on the first page here:

The Ebberon toggle has now lost its invisibility effect and is now visible :) Thanks for the help
