ive had multiple charges taken out of my accounts trying to purchase content.... but i get no content. i get the error at checkout, and the content stays in my cart, but the money is taken out of my bank. ive already submitted a ticket days ago.

The support team is closed on weekends so they are backlogged on Mondays.
