I would think this would already be somewhere on here, but I can't find it. This is a non-critical request, but it would be nice to have an option in the languages list where you can create a language non currently present on the list. Whether an option to type in a language, or have it as a homebrew option or something. Like there are a ton of human languages in D&D even though they aren't used as much as others. Or when homebrewing races and having a language for that race.
As far as I remember, you can have additional infos on homebrew races, like the Kenku have an extra added comment about them only being able to "speak" via Mimicry. You can add custom languages probably the same way, but not on a character based layer. I like putting stuff that isn't DnD-Beyond compatible into the notes section of the character sheet, like when a GM allows each player to pick a feat at character creation. I just copy that thing into the notes section, that seems to be a good enough hack for most situations.
I would also love this feature. Even if we just manually write it into the language section, it would be very useful. My homebrew world has regional dialects, and it would be a lot handier if my players could have that information handy where it was needed.
It would be a great feature to have, especially when making a large homebrew world/universe as said by MellieDM. I've just started DM'ing, but it ain't made easier without the right tools.

True, which is why this is not a critical request. It would just be something nice to have.

+1
It's not "critical" of course, but how is this not a thing yet?

Also requesting this be added to custom races, classes, and/ or backgrounds
