So I am having an issue with getting access to dissonant whispers on my Bard. For some reason, I can't add it either via the "add spells" option within the character creator or via the actual subclass (I'm playing a very minorly modded College of Whispers subclass). Any ideas as to why this might be the case?
I was under the impression when I created this thread that I had access to content within the player's handbook given that it was shared with me via a campaign. However, i see that this is only applicable for that character, as opposed to all characters that I create - thank you for attending to this question timeously.

Do you have access to the Player's Handbook on D&D Beyond - either purchased yourself, or shared with your character via a campaign?
