Both "Elves of Aerenal" are different entries and belong to the "Aereni High Elf" and "Aereni Wood Elf" section. Most or all of the Eberon races have this, which is somewhat confusing. And in the example case it's especially bad, since there are two headlines of "Elves of Aerenal", which are both indexed and links to the section "#ElvesofAerenal", but both links point to the section below the "Aereni Wood Elf", since those pointers can only point to one place for a unique string.
Would it be possible to put the second headline as a sub-headline or something like that, that doesn't get indexed? I think that would increase the readability for the subraces since for example from the 17 elf subrace headlines there are 5 that belong to that categorie.
Both "elves of aerenal" sections look the same to me (aside from the subclass stats beneath them which are actually part of the "aerenal ____ Elf" header which "elves of aerenal" are a subheading under). The problem is DDB doesn't have enough different formating for headers.

The Eberon races have apparently two headlines in the "Subrace".
For example in the elf subraces it looks like this:
