Hi, I have a problem with the auto subscription. My 1 year hero tier ended on Christmas (25) but it auto renew on the 24 without any warnings or head ups that it was gonna do that and now I have to pay money I can't afford to spend nor I want to. I really like DnD Beyond, but having the autosubscription by default and not giving a warning email or anything is kind of shady and makes me not want to use this web anymore. I need that money, please, can someone from support help me? It is kind of urgent, they could freeze my paypal or bank account if they stay too much time in the red, I didn't realize I was charged the money till now...
Put in a support ticket, they get back from holiday on the 6th. Then they'll have a few weeks of tickets so it may take a few days. You can post the ticket number here after you post it and a mod can mark it as urgent. That's about all you can do.
Side note, I've never had any subscription not auto renew. Loot crates, Amazon, Netflix, PSN, MMOs. 100% of subscriptions I've ever seen or heard of auto renew unless you cancel them.
