I'm having issues with the long rest button. It’s not resetting anything that should be recovered on a long rest. Shouldn’t a long rest automatically refill HP, sorcery points, and remove the check marks from the resources used (like spell slots, healing light, half your hit dice)? When I hit the long rest button, nothing changes, which kind of defeats the purpose of bothering, if I have to then go through an reset everything manually.
I've read a few other threads, but haven’t come across this exact problem yet. If it has already been answered elsewhere, I apologize for the double thread.
Ahhh, thank you so much. I thought the countdown operated in the opposite way. I pressed the button, then assumed if I pressed the button while it was counting down, it would abort the long rest. Thanks for clarifying.
