I was working on some homebrew while this happened, I was going into my character to test it out, and all of a sudden, my web page turned into this:
Please help me, I've done this on other browsers, cleared my data, restarted my PC. Nothing works.
What device? This happens to me too sometimes- it always eventually fixes itself after a few minutes.

It was on PC, but it managed to fix itself, just like you said.
Interesting. Mine happens on an IPad. Wonder what causes it?
