The Hex/Pact weapon check-boxes for a Warlock don't seem to work for me when they are applied to a finesse weapon.
I built a warlock (hexblade lvl 5 and Pact of the Blade) and rogue (swashbuckler lvl 6) to join a campaign. All the weapons loaded to my character sheet are plain versions I have proficiency with. I've noticed the "Hex Blade" and "Pact Blade" settings work fine to apply the correct bonuses to hit and to damage unless it's a finesse weapon. It seems whenever I select a finesse weapon hex/pact settings make no difference to the attack/damage stats in D&D Beyond. It acts like there a cap on the bonuses that can be applied.
Whenever you finish a long rest, you can touch one weapon that you are proficient with and that lacks the two-handed property. When you attack with that weapon, you can use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls.
As such, D&D Beyond compares available bonuses and applies the higher of the two.
In your case, as the character already has a +5 ability bonus in dexterity, the hex warrior feature would mean you could replace that with your charisma modifier (+4) resulting in a reduction in bonus to attack and damage. D&D Beyond assumes you will want to use the better bonus and keeps that for you.
Please let us know if you feel this is incorrect in any way.

Is this working correctly?

Out of curiosity, what is the character's DEX and CHA?
DEX is 20 (+5) and CHA is 18 (+4) modified via ASI selections on leveling. And being a combined 11 character levels the Proficiency Bonus is +4.
The Hex Warrior feature states:

"We got this, no problem! I'll take the twenty on the left - you guys handle the one on the right!"🔊
Yes, I see now. It makes perfect sense and also explains why the non-finesse / STR based weapons do get a bump if marked for the hex/pact quality.
Thank you so much.
I thought it was something like this. I thought DEX and CHA would be equal, but I was close.
