I was building a fighter using the character creator. When I got to the fighting style I selected each one to see what each did, before deciding on archery. However when I arrived at my completed character sheet I noticed that it had applied both the archery fighting style and the 2 weapon fighting, fighting styles. I attempted to remove the 2 weapon fighting style but it is locked there.
You know how it is, instead of naming the different strength of spellssecond weapon action that any character can use something unique to themit like "spell rankoff hand attack", they decided to use the same words that describes how strong your character is but make it so these 2 values are only the same once (or less, level 1 full caster)a fighting style option that augments that action.
5e is so full of poor word choice, vague wording, and undefined terms to the point where you would think this was the first game ever made by this developer, but nope, nearly 50 years of experience.
Make some context edits, and done. Completely different subject, exactly the same problem.

D&D Beyond FoundersTwo-Weapon fighting is a combat option that is available to all characters, so is correctly shown on the character sheet.

You're not looking at the fighting style "Two-Weapon fighting"
The confusion is that, unfortunately, the game designers chose to give the same name to multiple things.
