If i set a filter for urban and underdark the filter shows only those mosnters that are in that environment.
However when i go to narrow that search further by including a CR range, the CR range is applied but my environment filter is ignored and i get multiple environments.
I do not believe that your filters are stacking but are in fact overriding each other.
I'm not seeing that issue. When I filter by Urban and Underdark, I get 29 pages of results. When I then filter by CR 0-5, that drops to 20 pages of results, all of which are still urban or underdark monsters
