My Master Level subscription shows in my profile as being good through tomorrow (30MAR20). In practice however, it seems it has lapsed as I'm at my character limit.
Does expiry happen the calendar day prior?
My concerns are:
1) since its the weekend here, if I were to re-up my subscription today, it would do an automatic continuation and I'd be charged twice.
2) having accounts auto expire on the day prior (IF that's what happened) doesn't jive with what's shown in my profile - that's less than cool.
I'm happy to keep this going-away stated, I'm due soon anyway. I'm looking to get the access I paid for and info as to why this happened.

I don't think you have to worry about it charging you twice. If that does happen, support can definitely undo it.
