I tried creating a magic weapon and added some notes and an attunement description.
These were added in the "Notes:" section and the section itself seemed to contain the "Bonus:" section. I'm guessing it's some sort of a data formatting error or a bug in the data placement before/after certain page elements.
Notes does what the label says, it allows you to add text to the notes section.
The notes section is displayed automatically and included information on the properties of the magic item. Using the notes field that you added text to, you can add to the displayed text.
This is working as intended, though could probably do with some better explanation on the form!
I didn’t add the text “Bonus:” to the notes and I didn’t add the attunement description to the notes, yet there it is. If there is going to be a section called notes, as I user, I would expect it to display the notes. From the formatting I would expect “Bonus:” to be in a completely separate ‘div’ or a paragraph of its own.
Update: I checked some other magic items and I see that the bonus also appears there, so that’s fine I guess, but it’s a bit of a strange choice of formatting. From some other attunements I just read I think that perhaps the attunement requirements field name is the one that needs to change. Attunement requirements, by itself doesn’t mean that it’s restricted to class. Your choice to give an example using classes can very easily be misunderstood that that’s only one way of using it. The whole attunement requirement being entered in the notes seems unnecessary, seeing that the notes are more like a list of keywords in most cases.
TL;DR: I see that I’ve had a misconception on how the Notes and the Attunement Requirements fields are supposed to be used. I believe Notes needs a better description, as you mentioned and the Attunement Requirements can perhaps be renamed to something like Attunement Class Requirements.
Notes at the bottom are quick reference notes and is a D&D Beyond feature. You can hover over the ? icon for details. It also helps with searches.
For text about the item, it's lore or story/poetic elements, these go in the Description box which is where the real item text goes.
If you were reading it in a book, rather than in a search details on a website, you'd see the Description, not the Notes.
The "Bonus", is part of the note "Magic: Bonus", this means you have used the Bonus - Magic modifier to add a magic bonus to the weapon. This will help with searches which lets people search specifically for items with this in the notes.

This is the edit view:
This is what I get displayed in the description:

That being said, thanks for the clarification.
