I purchased the Player's Handbook but when I go to make a character, there don't appear to be any options for feats. Am I missing something, or is the character creator missing something?
*Just a quick edit. I can't even find the spot where you'd PICK the feat, least of all the actual feats themselves. It IS after the full launch, so I'm assuming this problem is a minority?
I cleared my browser cache, and nothing changed :/
I can't see the dropdown either for the feat options. Should I maybe try clearing all my browser data, or is there anything to clear within the website?

Are you making a variant human? If not try making the variant human as I don't think the feats are available to other characters until they get to level 4 when they choose a feat or ability score increase.
That is weird. Look, check what you have purchased, because there are two options of purchasing a content : 1) Compendium + Toolset; 2) Compendium only. The Compendium only option give you only the digital book, not the toolset.
Next, I'd try another browser, It is weird indeed can you can't see a drop-menu.

Are you making a variant human? If not try making the variant human as I don't think the feats are available to other characters until they get to level 4 when they choose a feat or ability score increase.
I just double checked, if you are doing a race other than human variant you need to take it to level 4 then choose feat over ability increase and the drop down appears. For the Human Variant it will show up under the race tab.

Try to clear the cache. You should be able to view all the features of the PHB in the builder.

Just cleared the caches and made a variant human, the feats are there! Thanks :)
