First off, thank you for your purchase! It is likely that your browser has the link to your content cached, which can be fixed fairly easily, by clearing your browser's cache.
If this is not something that you are familiar with, you can find useful guides here on how to do this for most current browsers.
If, after clearing your browser cache, you are still unable to access content that you have purchased, please contact the support team, who will be able to assist you further.
Clearing the cache didn't seem to have an effect before. But it's working now on all devices! The only thing I can think of is that the cookie settings on the iPad were different than the iPhone... but it was allowing all, so that doesn't really make sense.
Working though so I won't question 😝

I'm not able to view the PHB content I own on my iPad. Works fine from a laptop.
You probably need to clear your Safari cache. Go to Settings/Safari/Clear History and Website Data to clean it out.
Didn't work.
Is this content missing in compendium or in character sheet?
Just the compendium. It's working fine in character creation.
Also now seems to be working on iPhone. I'll have to check the iPad when I get home.
