None of the content I have purchased is visible, available, or accessible. I have my transaction numbers via email confirmation, and none of the products show up in my 'Order Transactions'. Do we know if they scrubbed our purchase content?
It is possible you’ve accidentally logged into an alternate account. it happens all the time. Whatever login method you usually use (Google, Apple, Wizards) has all that content attached to it. If you inadvertently login using one of the other login methods it will automatically create an alt account for you. Try logging out and logging in using each of the various login methods and see if you can find your content.
I thought that as well, so I checked my email address for receipts and it verified the username and everything I used at the time of purchase is the username on the account I'm using right now.
Could you please tell me how to file a ticket? I clicked your hyperlink and looked for the "I own/have shared with me the content but still can’t use it" but there isn't one. I tried using the search with the words 'the content but still can't use it' and still no results. I'd appreciate any assistance you could provide.
The usernames could still be the same on an Alt account, it’s worth checking them all just to be on the safe side.
To contact support, simply use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page.👇 It’s gonna take them at least a week to get back to you though, but whatever you do don’t file more than the one ticket. If you file more than 1 ticket, each subsequent ticket will pull your initial ticket out of its place in line and drop it to the bottom of the pile. Just be patient.
