Interesting if not ironic. I searched for Bag of Holding and the link, as does every link so far, brought me exactly to the item. When I did a search for 'Portable Hole' the link to it brought me to the Magic Items A-Z listing not the item. Did it three times, so I think someone must have accidentally placed the Bag of Holding link in the Portable Hole link causing an extra dimensional rift. ;)

I tried the same test, searching for Portable Hole and, as you say, there are several results returned.
Interestingly, the 2nd place link in the results is a correct link to the item page.
The top link that is returned however is to the A-Z item list in the Dungeon Master's Guide and seems to be a malformed link:
