I purchased: CLS-00083 Bladesinging Class (Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide), but it still does not show on character builder. Any ideas on how to make this work? Thanks!

If it isn't showing as a arcane tradition option for your level 2 wizard, post a link to the character.

Yup all wizard subclasses activate at 2nd level.
