As the thread says, went to create a new campaign and even though I’ve bought the 2014 phb it only lets me access the basic rules and classes, but have access to the 2024 phb. I want access to the book I have bought back, especially since I have also bought other 2014 books.
When choosing character options, are you scrolling down to select from the 2014 Core Rules group instead of the Core Rules group at the top? (Or have you disabled Core Rules so those options aren’t even shown?)

Did you sign in the same way you did this time?
A LOT of people accidentally sign in the wrong way & end up duplicating their account.
Likewise, try to sync your entitlements.
& if those don't work/explain it, contact customer service.
