On the character builder and book page for the 2024 PHB Ranger, the 2014 version of Favored Enemy is showing up in addition to the 2024 version.
It seems that it has been added to the 2024? However, if it has it isn't allowing for the future picks at Level 6 and 14.
It hasn't been added to the actual rules. It's an error on the class page.

Yeah, that's part of the bug this post is intended to be reporting.
There's been no announced errata or sage advice altering 2024 Rangers this way, which is always how updates to the ruleset are handled.
Yes. That's an error on the website, not an actual change to the rules. If you look at the actual rules (i.e., the Player's Handbook) you'll see that it doesn't appear there.

At a guess, someone at D&D Beyond got confused and linked both features that have the same name to the new class.
