I've been a master tier subscriber for many years, but something's happened recently... I know my credit card expired awhile back, and I was admittedly slow to update it, but I eventually did, and I see it's properly saved as my primary card to my account.
I suddenly seem to be locked out of certain pages (like my player sheets in my campaign). And I see a big red "SUBSCRIBE" button on every page. When I click it, it's advertising both tiers and offering me free trials... Then, when I click "Start your Free Trial" I sometimes get an "XML file" error, and I sometimes get a blank page asking for all my credit card info.
I'm reluctant to fill it out again, because (1) it's already saved as my default payment elsewhere and (2) am I a subscriber or not? Am I due to pay? How would I know? Shouldn't there be a page somewhere that gives me my subscriber status, and maybe my subscriber history? If I'm due to pay, I'm happy to, but how do I know?
When I click on my profile pulldown and select "Manage Subscription" it shows me the sub level I have and when it expires quite plainly. That seems the route to go.
Okay, but it's odd that some of the subscription perks would include "knowing your subscription status" and "subscription history".
Also odd that I was never sent any warning or invitation to renew. I remember seeing a notice somewhere that my card was expired, but I had fixed that.
You would imagine them to hound me to renew if my auto-renew had been disabled by the expired card, rather than just quietly dropping me without notice.
So I guess I should sign up for the "Free Trial" and hope I can re-access everything?

That seems likely to indicate you are not a subscriber to me.
