I noticed that when creating a character with the Outlander Background it recommends "Athletics" and "Survival" however I can't actually select these with that background. Picture for reference!
It looks like I *did* have Survival selected, however I didn't have Athletics. I selected Perception/Survival during creation. Swapped Survival out of the Class section, and it appeared in the Background skill selection. So it looks like Athletics is the only one still throwing me for a loop!
No worries! It's good to investigate any issues that are brought up. It looks like the race "goliath" adds Natural Athlete, proficiency in Athletics skill.
