We play using the Healing Surge optional rule per the DMG pg. 266-267.
Is there a way for me to include it as an Action listed on my character sheet? Specifically tracking the limited use as well as a quick reference to the rule itself.
Edit: In the short term, I've created a custom Feat with the limited use ability but that feels a bit clunky. I am unable to specify a limited use on a custom Action.
