The Player’s Handbook Appendix D fails to account for Monster Manual errata as follows:
Riding Horse Hooves should be +5 to hit (showing as the old, incorrect +2)
Warhorse Hooves should be +6 to hit (showing as the old, incorrect +4)
I may have missed one, but I believe these are the only two Monster Manual errata that apply to the PHB. The interesting thing is, the popover links for each entry in the appendix lead to the correct MM version.
