How are you looking at the spell? Via a character sheet? What class is the character? If the spell is from a class without ritual casting, then it won't show as a ritual.

For wizards, it doesn't show the Ritual tag until you've Added the spell (just checked one of my characters on the website.) Likely it's because a spell needs to be in your spellbook for it to be cast as a ritual? I'm not sure if this was always how it worked or is a recent development.
In any case, not an issue with the App specifically.

Yeah, the spell doesn't need to be in my spellbook for it to be cast as a ritual, it should have the ritual tag attached to it regardless, not only because it is inherent to the spell, but also if I am a wizard and want to add a new spell and want to filter the available spells to look specifically for ritual spells, it won't appear.
Yes also confirmed it on the website, not only the App!

The DNDbeyond app in Android shows the spell "Comprehend Languages" as a spell only to be casted with an action.

I am looking at the spell when I want to add it to my spellbook. My character is a Wizard and it is in the wizard's spell list.
