doesnt calculate the plus ac on character sheet.
It does. You need to select one weapon as off-hand, in Customize.
I found the customize tab but it isn't giving a option for off hand just and check box for attack. I click on it on and off and nothing changed on ac. Am I missing something?

D&D Beyond FoundersClick on the weapon, in the attacks section of the character sheet and choose customise.
There is a checkbox for "off-hand attack"
