When I tried to select the Book of Ancient Secrets as one of my Warlock's Eldritch Invocations, it listed it as having a level requirement of 5. This is not listed as such in the PHB.
I can see why it would seem to have this requirement .. you get your first invocations at level 2, but since Book of Ancient Secrets requires Pact of the Tome, which you only get at level 3, it might seem that the first point you can learn it is level 5, when you get another invocation.
However, as part of the invocations rule, it states this:
Additionally, when you gain a level in this class, you can choose one of the invocations you know and replace it with another invocation that you could learn at that level.
I've always interpreted this as follows: As soon as I hit level 3 and choose Pact of the Tome, I can drop one of my existing invocations and replace it with Book of Ancient Secrets.
Is this the correct rules interpretation? If so, I think the level requirement for Book of Ancient Secrets should be removed (the requirement is not listed in the digital version of the PHB on this site either)
They seem to have fixed the level requirement now (I also had that issue earlier today, but not now), but I can't find a place to add my two free new Ritual spells now that I have the Book of Ancient Secrets Invocation.

I put mine in the Notes section of my sheet until the team addresses this, which I'm sure will be soon-ish!
the pact invocations can be selected at level 3 now, but it can also be picked at level 2, there isn't any check to see if you have the correct pact.

"that level" is the level you just gained, I just got an official Jermey Crawford answer on this so you should be able to have 2 level 5 rituals at level 5 and 3 at level 6, character sheet strictly limits you to the level originally gained, instead of what you could currently get, so currently warlock invocations are all sorts of doesn't work.
This has been an issue since beta. I made a homebrew magic item. Which has my rituals in it. Check to make sure your other invocations work correctly some don't. I used my homebrew tome to also give my eldritch blast my additional charisma modifier damage from the agonizing blast invocation as well.
I also ended up making a homebrew book of ancient secrets. But for the agonizing blast, you can modify your eldritch blast spell. I renamed mine, and added the necessary stats.

Any update / feedback on this?

True but I liked having all ofnthe invocations in one place. Hopefully they will fix them all and I can just delete my item all at the same time.
