So I was creating a new character and I used to be able to use the phb content, but on this newest one I couldn't see some content I know I have access to. For example, I was going to take a feat at 4th level instead of an ability score improvement but the only feats on the list were grappler and prodigy. Another thing I couldn't see that I used to be able to see was the drow subrace. I have content sharing on with some friends and another guy just made a drow for a new campaign we're making (the one the content is shared through) stuff for so I should have them. Any answers would be appreciated.
You can only access shared content for character creation within the shared campaign. So you will need to join the campaign with the new character in order to use the PHB options shared with you.
