I use one of the animated character frames. When I view my character in Firefox on my OSX work laptop, it looks fine. When I view it on my Windows desktop, it looks like this:
Other than OS differences, the only thing I can think of is that my windows desktop uses two monitors. Both Firefoxes are up to date.
I found out what it was. My default zoom is 90%. When I put it at 100%, it stops shaking. When it's above or below that, it starts shaking again. Animated frames doesn't handle non-standard zoom levels very well.
