when i logged in today i could not access any of my characters, when i try and look at a book it says i have not bought it and my subscription has also disappeared despite having about 9 months left. i have the D&D beyond app and can access the books on there and can see my characters in the DDB app but if i try to view characters on the site via the DDB app it comes up with a error.

remembered the twitch account my 'real' account was tied to and logged in successfully. once again thanks for the help.
