I subscribed to dndbeyond in hopes that I would be able to include some spells to a homebrew item i was making, but it seems im only allowed a limited pool of spells? Im unable to add spells that i wanted IE Dissonant whispers and the Hadar spells
Subscribing does not change the rules of what can be added to homebrew items, which is that only SRD content can be added to any given homebrew. So if you have an item that grants spells, only spells from the Basic Rules/SRD can be granted.
My DM has the resource books made available to me through share, currently i was able to add the spells however I had to instead add them as a feat and then make a drop down menu of spells inclusive to the class rather than having just that one specific spell
