Hello

I'm a DM, and I have a new player, and for some reason, his character is not gaining access to everything I have purchased. He created the character in the campaign I set up and when I go in, I see everything. How do I fix this? Thanks for any help

Does at least one of you have a Master Tier subscription and, if so, has that person enabled Content Sharing for the campaign?
