I have purchased Volo's Guide to Monsters (Race Bundle), Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica (Race Bundle), and The Lost Mine of Phandelver for an upcoming campaign. I have a master monthly subscription, have tried toggling content sharing off an on, and my two race bundles will not show up in content sharing. Lost Mine is listed as shared, but the race bundles do not show up and my players only see the base options. Anyone know how to fix this?
Individual purchases and bundles will not appear in the content management menu, only compendium listings. This is why Lost Mines is present but not anything else.
For accessing shared content, the player must either already have a character in the campaign or be making a character through the campaign join link.
A few things to check:
Do your players have characters in your campaign? If so, can they access any of these pages:
A player was making a character through the campaign and did not see the shared options there, but I did not know that the individual purchases would not show up in the content management and have not tried again since remaking the campaign and toggling it. I’ll see if it works today, thank you!
Thank you for the help! It ended up working, I was mostly panicking about the fact that my individual content wasn’t showing up in the management area, but I am relieved to know that it won’t and will still content share. I had a player check this morning, all the races and extra things I had purchased were available!
