I didn't get the chance to renew my master tier subscription yet & ever since it ran out I can't use any of my character sheets bc it says all slots are being used despite me only having 6 sheets at the moment. Is that normal, or is there something I can do about this? I'm running a bit low on time since I got a game session tomorrow. 😬

Without a subscription, the number of character sheets a user can have is capped at 6. To increase your number of characters to Unlimited, all you need do is renew your subscription.

 Thanks but I'm already aware of that, lol.
The thing is, I'm only using 6 (now even 5) sheets at the moment & I cannot access any of them despite not being over the limit.

 When your subscription ended, if you have more than 6 it gives us the option to pick up to 6 to stay unlocked and the rest get frozen like that. Maybe, it doesn’t matter if you only have 6 or less, if you don’t pick them then they get locked regardless? 🤷‍♂️ I’m not really sure.

You could honestly try logging out, logging back in, waiting 20 minutes and then going back to “My Characters” and see if it’ll let you pick your six. No kidding, that might actually work.

If not, I’m sure customer support could help you, but that could take weeks depending on how backed up they are.

If the “logging out&in + waiting” technique doesn’t work, the fastest way to try to fix it yourself would probably be to buy a 1-month Hero Tier subscription would fix it, and it would be pretty cheap ($2.99).

 Yeah, I just tried it. Didn't work sadly.
Oh the thing is, my Paypal is like 13€ in the negative (took me too long to realize) & until I get that sorted out I won't be able to get a new subscription. I already transferred some money from my bank account to my Paypal earlier today but it'll probably take a few days to arrive, i.e. I won't be able to play in my next session tomorrow.
It's not like I'm struggling with the payment, it's just that I won't be able to pay on time due to other circumstances.

Well, hopefully a Moderator will see this and maybe they can help you. Can you at least grab links to your PCs to post in this thread? They might need that.

Nope. The only thing I would be able to do is delete my characters. 😔
