I only see "My Upload Maps" and "Basic Maps" in the Map Browser. Where is purchased content?

I don't seem to be able to access any purchased content. Even the section in the Map Browser to access them is missing. Any ideas? Thanks!

you have to go to the web page where you added it your cart and scroll down and download each map, then you can upload to the maps
